The Assistant Food & Beverage Outlet Manager will be responsible for providing additional support to the outlet operation in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager will assist in multiple areas of the F&B division with a focus in all outlets to include Sway, Market, In-Room Dining, Regency Club, Polaris and 22 Storys. The duties will include, but are not limited to overseeing daily operations, training and development of staff. The Assistant Manager will assist in ensuring that the outlets are operating efficiently while continuing to provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
