As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing function for the hotel while meeting the department’s objectives.
Responsibilities include planning and procurement of material, vendor development and administration of contracted services in accordance with the hotel policy and procedures, shipping/receiving dock, food storeroom, beverage purchasing as well as ensure meeting specified guidelines and policies.
