Description:
* You will assist the Front Office Manager in leading and managing all sections of the Front Office Department in delivering exceptional front line service to our guests and colleagues. Your focus is on monitoring service and developing team member performance through training and supervision to ensure that associates are able to engage others in meaningful conversations and respond and resolve guest inquires, request and issues in the timely, friendly and efficiently manner.

Qualifications:
Chinese mandarin speaker, university degree in hospitality management.

Progressive career in Front Office in the 5 star hotel with at least for 5 years experience in the similar role. International hotel experience is desired.

Updated with the latest Front Office trends, technologies and best practices and ability to tie this into guest needs and wants.

Possesses strong management and leadership capabilities.
