The Entry Level Restaurant Line Cook is a culinary position that requires basic culinary skills or related cooking experience and good communication skills. Basic understanding and previous understanding of restaurant operations within the hotel is preferred but not required. This is a production position that requires total supervision and hands on training. The Entry Level Restaurant Line Cook practices the importance of producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' expectation in a timely manner. This position is faced pace and requires the ability to multi-task and work in a team oriented environment. This position requires strong customer service skills.
