Preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards; assists higher level bakers; other duties as assigned by Chef.

Qualifications:

  • Requires fair communication skills.
  • Previous pastry experience preferred.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Capable of performing repetitious duties.
