Hyatt Assistant Manager - Front Office - Arabic Speaker in DOHA, Qatar

Description:
* You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. * You would be tasked with the running of the day to day operations of the Front Office department during your shift. * · You would also be responsible to completing the end of day procedures over the night shift to complete the system audit.

  • You will be reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager and in his/her absence the Front Office Manager.

  • To manage all guest feedback and scenarios in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner that shows our purpose of Care.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. * Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
