Hyatt Stewarding/Kitchen Supervisor in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin

Description:
The Stewarding Supervisor will lead the Stewarding Team and assist the Executive Chef and Culinary leadership team in the many functions of the food service, cleaning and organization in the Food and Beverage/Banquet outlets, kitchens, loading dock area, and storage spaces. Responsibilities will include assisting to coordinate and maintain the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware and cookware; ensure deadlines are met with delivery of equipment for setup & breaking down function spaces and continuing clear line of communication between the stewarding team and culinary team. This person must have good communication skills and the ability to understand and complete banquet contracts.
