Hyatt Front Office Manager in KUANTAN, Malaysia

Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Front Office Manager is responsible to assist the Director Operations in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel, including, but not limited to, the Front Desk, Front Service (including parking and the hotel entrance), Communications Centre, Business Centre and Regency Club.

Qualifications:
* Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. * Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operation. * Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. * This position is applicable for citizen of Malaysia or permanent resident of Malaysia only.
