As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Assistant Manager - Employee Restaurantto ensure that the employee restaurant operates successfully in accordance with the standard of the hotel.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in Employee Restaurant service. Your role is to assist theoperation while providing exceptional customer service and product presentation and ensure that the department operates efficiently while maintaining the level service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt.

Qualifications:
* University graduate of hospitality management with a strong passion for food and customer service. * Practical experience as an Assistant Manager- Employee Restaurant gained from a 5 star hotel minimum of 2 years. * Thorough understanding and practice of food safety and hygiene standards. * Strong operational background. * Demonstrated skills in leading a diverse team with varying degrees of experiences and talents able to teach and inspire team members to be their best every day.
