This individual is responsible for answering incoming calls and must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude and excellent phone demeanor. The PBX/ Order Takerrecord guest food and beverage in-room dining orders and offer menu suggestions. This role has continuous communication with the in-room dining servers on amenity coordination and all deliveries. This position processes forms of payment for goods and services to include room charges, credit card and cash. The interaction between Order Takers and guests can determine the overall satisfaction of the in-room dining experience.The PBX/ Order Taker must work well handling a high volume of calls and should be comfortable answering questions relating to the hotel.

Qualifications:
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. * Refined verbal communication skills * Ability to sit for long periods of time * Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays * Proficient in basic computer skills * Customer service experience preferred
