The responsibilities for the Assistant Restaurant Manager position could include, but is not limited to, assisting in supervision of all food/beverage outlets within the hotel. Responsibilities may include oversight of the hotel’s restaurant (T45), In Room Dinning, the Bar 54, and Hotel Event Space. The Assistant Restaurant Manager would also be responsible for the inventory processes, administrative tasks, responding to guest requests, quality assurance, scheduling & labor management, etc.

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2nd year student * A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. * Refined verbal communication skills * Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays * Proficient in basic computer skills
