The Spa Manager will assist with the oversight of the entire Spa function. This may include retail, a full-service salon as well as esthetics and massage therapy. The primary role of the Spa Manager is to ensure optimum guest and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. * Refined verbal and written communication skills * Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a luxury spa setting * Knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, managing, and inventory of professional supplies for spa treatment use * Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting and staffing * Thorough knowledge of current Spa industry trends including skincare, treatment equipment and treatment modalities * Hotel experience is preferred * Licensure in Esthetics and/or Massage therapy is preferred * Experience with retail inventory management is preferred
