Hyatt Regency Paris-Etoile is currently continuing an important renovation designed by George Wong that will end in December 2017.

We are hiring a Marketing Communication Manager !

The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the hotel Marketing and Communication strategy.

His/Her role will be also to develop a Social Media strategy which will help to achieve the social business objectives: Increase brand awareness, promote loyalty, drive guest satisfaction, engage employee and drive revenue.

As a Social Leader, this is a person who can act as a central hub for all social activity management. He/she will define a content strategy, communication style in line with brand identity, control the execution of content calendar and analyze Social Media KPIs, conversions and ROI objectives.

He/She will also supervise and coordinate all advertising, e-commerce, promotions, public relations, and graphic activities. He/She will also be in charge of social media strategy, analytics and reporting and will be responsible for expanding brand presence and consistency.

Qualifications:
Ideally with a master degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management, Marketing/Communication.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Marketing communication Manager or Marketing communication Director in a property. Good problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills are are a must.

Fluent in English is required.
