Description:

· 接待、问候所有顾客并协助其进行登记。

Meets and greets all guests and assists with registrations.

· 确保客房钥匙的严格管理。

· Ensures the strict control of room keys.

· 确保酒店最基本的品牌标准都要被贯彻执行,并且根据所在酒店品牌实施相应标准。

· Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.

· 协助执行所有凯悦温情和房务经典20条的标准。

Embraces all Touches of Hyatt and the Rooms Top 20.

· 遵循消费审计给予的行动计划并确保有关变更的实施。

Follows the Action Plan resulted from the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

· 熟知当地城市旅游景点。

Aware of accurate knowledge of the tourism in the city

· 报告“失物招领”项目。

Reports “Lost and Found” items.

· 以支持和灵活的态度与其他房务部门经理紧密合作,着眼于整个酒店的成功和酒店客人的满意度。

Works closely with other Front Office personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

· 确认抵达和出发的细节并且安排接送以及客人其他要求。

Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.

Qualifications:

One year related experience.

Good oral and written English.
