The Overnight Hotel Supervisor is a supervisory position responsible for the oversight of safety and security of the hotel. The Overnight Hotel Supervisor is primarily responsible for room inventory to maximize selling opportunities at the Front Office. This person will supervise the front desk, respond to guest and employee emergencies as well as complete incident reports. The Overnight Hotel Supervisor must also assist in the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. Customer service experience, basic computer skills, and good communication skills are necessary.

* * A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. * Refined verbal and written communication skills. * Experience and thorough understanding of Front Office Operations preferred. * Opera and Reserve Knowledge required. * Must be able to stand for long periods of time. * Previous supervisory experience is preferred. * Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Must have full overnight availability.
