The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee the outlets areas within the hotel including, but not limited to, 3SIXTY Bar, Bistro, and Market Place. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. The Food & Beverage Supervisor must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

The ideal candidate will have strong beverage knowledge and a passion for staff training. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be playing an integral role in developing the new concept for the hotel's restaurant re-opening in late spring.

Qualifications:
* F&B Management preferred, but not required as this is an entry level management position * Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred * Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
