We are looking for an Intermediate Cook We have an exciting opportunity within our Culinary Team for an Intermediate Cook. Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, the intermediate cook will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. An Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen. Skills and Qualifications o Refined verbal communication skills o 2 years of previous culinary experience preferred o Culinary degree or related restaurant/hotel experience o Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills o Able to work independently in the kitchen o A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment o Ability to stand for long periods of time o Capable of performing repetitious duties o Legal authorization to work in Canada
