The Director of India F&B Rewards Program will be responsible for launching and leading the premier F&B Rewards programs in India. This position will lead all program functions including but not limited to operations, training, marketing, and financial management. The will develop and optimize life cycle campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention and lead the organization in creating a highly differentiated and personalized customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a uniquely talented marketing person who has deep experience with a data-based loyalty platform for a global brand executing a loyalty- and/or subscription-based business model

Description * * Manage day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for Hyatt’s F&B Rewards Program in India * Conduct on-property operational training to ensure colleagues are educated on delivery of program guest experience * Plan and optimize offering strategies and business plans to meet/exceed program objectives * Interpret data and synthesize information into meaningful offer and initiative recommendations to optimize member engagement * Consult hotels on opportunities increase on-property recognition elements of program * Manage program budget and P&L * Partner with Digital Marketing team to create and execute social media strategy for awareness and acquisition * Hire, manager, and lead program team * Understand what drives Food and Beverage loyalty in India and develop marketing initiatives and outlet incentives to drive program acquisition and retention * Own strategic program partnerships (experiences, media, etc.) * Utilize data and results to engage regional senior management, Area Vice-Presidents and hotel teams and ensure they are educated on the value of program on their business and develop action plans with underperforming hotels to improve results * Identify best training method to educate those responsible for delivering program benefits and customer experience* * Lead remoted based program Sales agents**

* A minimum 7 years of overall work experience in marketing capacity, including 2 years at manager level (preferably with direct report responsibilities) * A Loyalty Marketing experience across a variety of product and service categories. Hospitality industry experience an advantage but not essential. * Prior P&L responsibilities or ownership * Experience working in a multi-national corporation and in a matrixed environment. * Ability to travel as required. * Proven analytical ability to understand the F&B business or other related business categories and apply that knowledge to developing marketing programs and communications. * Outstanding past results in developing and executing loyalty marketing programs. * Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills – must communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (hotels, regional leadership and corporate leadership) * Ability to build strong relationships across a diverse cross-functional environment. * Keen ability to influence others at peer and senior level in a highly matrixed environment. * Strong organizational skills and attention to details with ability to multi-task. * Record of innovative, fresh thinking and ability to find new way to solve problems. * Ability to effectively train and motivate people. * Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style – either as a leader or as part of a team * Bachelor’s degree required (in marketing or business management preferred) * Fluent in spoken and written English
