Description:

To function as the Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Supporting the General Manager and the Director of Operation, this role requires a dynamic and confident leadership style to help unfold a guest journey of rare and intimate experiences and a dedication to ensure our care for people is turned into action. As Executive Chef, you will ensure the efficient and economic operation of the Culinary department and building in support of all other operating departments, providing support, services.

Qualifications:

Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production. Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Chef, or Executive Sous chef in larger operation. Good practical, operational, adequate administrative and People Management skills with a flair for creativity are a must.

Japanese national Preferred.
