About the role:

As the Duty Manager you are the face of the hotel and the organisation as well as being a key person who can shape the overall ‘guest experience’. Is it your role to ensure exceptional experiences are delivered to all our guests, not only at check-in and check-out times but also during their entire stay. Being an excellent communicator is essential to the role as it helps building a lasting rapport with the guests each time they visit.

You report directly into the Rooms Manager and work closely alongside the other Assistant Managers, and other associates in the front office team.

You will also be involved in other projects that help drive the guest experience or other aspects of the business, such as improving enrolling guests into our excellent loyalty program. It is also of upmost importance to assure our Guests Safety and Security during their time with us; following procedures and policies is equally important as creating memories for our guests and so we need to be well organised too.

About you:
Ideally with a Hotel degree or similar, you are currently a Shift Leader, ready for your next step or already in the position of Duty Manager within a five star hotel environment. With your professional approach, an inquisitive nature and the desire to achieve the best; you will be a good problem solver. Good communication skills round up your profile.
