Description:
As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Chef de Partie who will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Restaurant Kitchen within the Food & Beverage Division.

In this role, you will oversee the kitchen section and ensure that it runs according to the performance standards and all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes. You will be responsible to organise and set up the kitchen as effectively as possible, monitor food and operating costs, and manage and reduce wastage.
