You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring our core colleagues in Hotel vacancies, ensuring we have the right recruitment strategy in place to meet the needs of the business. You will map the appropriate applicant source to ensure we hire the right fit of people at the right time, making the most efficient use of our recruitment budget. Maintaining a relationship with third party recruiters you will be the main contact and negotiator, reinforcing alignment across Mexico City. You will coach and support Managers in recruitment to ensure a best practice approach in line with appropriate legislation.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Fluent in English, Microsoft office advanced skills. Passionate about service and care.
