Hyatt Guest Relation Intern from March / April 2018 in NICE, France

5-6 months internship as of March / April 2018.

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers and assist them with their requests.. You will provide the Assistants Front Office Mangers with assistance in complaints management. You will welcome VIP guests and make sure they enjoy their stay. You will help with writing correspondance to the guests (welcome cards, apologies...)

Certificate or qualification in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum work experience in luxury hotel operations. French & English are required Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
