Hyatt Cinnamon Attendant in PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad and Tobago
The Cinnamon Attendant is responsible primarily for assisting guest's food and/or beverage orders. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This is a fast paced position with constant customer interaction and cash handling.
1. A minimum of one (1) related experience with cashiering experience; 2. Be professional in appearance; 3. Possess excellent verbal communication skills; 4. Have true desire to satisfy the needs of other in a fast paced environment; 5. Be able to lift, push and pull moderate weight; 6. Be able to take direction, listen actively and be aware of guest needs; 7. Have stamina to work for long periods of time on one's feet 8. Be flexible with work inclusive of working on public holidays; weekends and night shifts. 9. Possess a positive attitude and be a committed team player;
