Dessert production and presentation for all food outlets including: Restaurants, catered events, In-Room Dining and room amenities.

Qualifications:
* Banquet and ala carte dessert production and presentation * Working action stations and ala carte stations * Room amenity production * 1 year culinary school preferred * 1 year working in a professional restaurant kitchen or hotel required * Attributes valuing integrity, teamwork and a positive work ethic * Basic knowledge of fundamental pastry production * Basic computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel preferred, but not required * Strong multi-tasking skills * Able to stand for extended periods of time * Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds * Ability to read English * Open availability to include evenings, weekends and holidays
