* To function as the Production Manager for all culinary goods and productsof Grand HyattSeoul. * Ensuring that all products are in accordance to the Brand Standards and Hotel required Standards of Performance.Ensures that food costsare kept in line and that Business Plan objectives are achieved. * Ensures professional people management.

Qualifications:
* Creative with an international flair and focus * Comprehensive kitchen management, menu planning and operational skills * Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and work health and safety standards * Effective trainer and mentor, able to facilitate at all levels * Recognised qualifications in Kitchen production and management or equivalent * Minimum four years work experience as Executive Chef
