  • Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times by engaging with guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
  • Performs Host duties as requested and required due to operational needs in all areas of the hotel.
  • Ensures that Guest Satisfaction Survey (HySat) score is achieved or exceeded the corporate target
  • Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
  • Works closely with other Hosts and HyattPlaceassociates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

Higher Diploma is required. Both oral and written English is preferred. Chinese Nationality only.
