Description:
1. Responsible for ensuring overall hygiene activities in the food production areas. 2. Supports the implementation of food safety, hygiene and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with the corporate standard 3. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local regulatory laws / international standards in Food safety.

Qualifications:
* Diploma holder or above in Food Sciences or related disciplines. * Certificate in Food and Beverage / HACCP or Food Hygiene Training * 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in food & catering industry with International Brand Hotel. * Good interpersonal skills
