Hyatt Director of Sales in SIEM REAP, Cambodia

Description:

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the sales division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Sales is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximize sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.

Qualifications:

Ideally with a university degree or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales, or 4 years work experience as Associate Director of Sales in a luxury operation. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as customer service orientation, good problem solving and administrative skills and high competency in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint systems. Fluency in spoken and written English essential.
