The Director of Talent Management will report to Vice President Human Resources EAME/SWA and partner with Sub-region HR and Operations heads in Europe, Africa/Middle East and India.

Role Summary:

In line with our Regional Strategy, the expected outcomes of Talent Management in the EAME/SWA Region will be: * To have business-savvy leaders, with the competencies to implement our corporate and regional strategy. * To establish a performance culture where leaders are held accountable for results. * To have a diverse pipeline of ready-now leaders to take higher responsibility positions, embodying our new Leadership Profile, and covering our future talent needs based on the region’s growth. The Director of Talent Management (DTM) is the Center of Excellence in the region for all areas of talent management, namely: * Leadership Development * Future GM Development * Performance Management * Talent Reviews and Top Talent identification * Succession Planning

Qualifications:

Experience* * At least 12 years of HR, Leadership Development or OD leadership experience, preferably with 4 years of multi-property leadership experience. * Specialization in Talent Management or Leadership Development would be an asset. * Proof of continuing education and training (professional certifications) * Additional education with a relevant degree would be preferred (MBA, Master). * Fluent in English and a 2nd language relevant for the region.
